Roja Vemula, DDS
Dr. Roja Vemula earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore India and practiced for 3 years before moving to USA.
Dr. Vemula started her carrier in the USA by securing a certification in Clinical Research at New york University, NY. And there after continued working as a Research Scientist and Adjunct Faculty at NewYork University. She was involved in many research studies on Geriatric Patients and also published research articles.
Dr. Vemula completed DDS from University of Rochester, NY. She was also honored by the NY state funded preceptorship in Pediatric Dentistry along with General Dentistry Program. Soon after graduating she started practicing in Bloomington, IL and there after moved to Virginia.
Dr. Vemula provides comprehensive General and Cosmetic Dental Care with an emphasis on occlusion, does veneers, root canals, extractions. Her goal is to provide professional service with compassion and understanding patients perspective. She is a strong believer in educating her patients regarding their overall health and not just teeth.
Dr. Vemula enjoys cooking during her free time and loves to travel places.
Ashley Dinh, DDS
Dr. Ashley Dinh is not only a dental practice owner, but was also an Air Force Reserve dentist at Andrews Air Force Base and a proud mother of two lovely children. She was previously enlisted in the Army Reserves as a Vietnamese Linguist, went to ROTC at the University of Texas at Austin, and eventually commissioned as a Military Intelligence Officer. During dental school, Dr. Dinh was activated for six months to fulfill her obligations as an Intel Officer at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. While waiting to return to dental school, she worked with the FBI and DEA as a Vietnamese Linguist. Upon graduating from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX, she took a commission in the Air Force Reserve and became a Dental Corps Officer at Andrews Air Force Base in MD. Dr. Dinh retired as a Major in the Air Force Reserve after proudly serving in the Armed Forces for over 24 years.
With a strong commitment to the field of dentistry, Dr. Dinh continues to immerse herself in various continuing education courses ranging from endodontics, periodontics, pedodontics, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, dental sleep medicine to various dental implant restorations and placements. As an Air Force Reserve dentist, Dr. Dinh participated in humanitarian mission to Sri Lanka to provide emergency dental care to displaced tsunami residents throughout four remote villages. She was helicoptered in to those villages to extract hopeless teeth under austere conditions. Dr. Dinh also provides community services to Give Kids a Smile and has volunteered her time to the Northern Virginia Dental Clinic.
Dr. Dinh and her husband enjoy traveling, back-country camping, skiing, biking, hiking, volleyball, and live theatre. With their two beautiful children, they are now focused on local family adventures. She is a native Texan and brings her southern hospitality to Virginia.
